Shipping & Policies
Orders within the US are shipped via USPS and come standard with tracking. If an order is marked delivered but you have not received it, please first work with your local Post Office or check with a neighbor in case it was miss-delivered. Unfortunately once your order leaves our hands, there isn't much we can do. We only have visibility to the same information that you do.
Orders outside the US are shipped via USPS as International Packages only. We can no longer provide untracked options at this time. Delivery may take up to 21 business days.
All Other International Customers
We currently do not ship outside of US and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will look in the future for other avenues to service our international friends.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of our products, refunds will not be given. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us with your order#. We strive to ensure each of our customers are happy with their purchase and would like the opportunity to work with you if that is not the case. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any reason you may have regarding your order.
Exchanges/Replacements (if applicable)
Sometimes things happen and stickers are damaged in transit or the wrong item was accidentally sent. If your order is damaged due through no fault of your own or you received the wrong item, I will be happy to work with you on either sending a replacement order or giving you a shop credit. Please contact me with your order# and photo of the damage/wrong item and we will work out the details.
All physical items/digital purchases from this site is for personal use only and cannot be altered, redistributed, reproduced, or claimed as your own.
We also reserve the right to cancel any current or future orders without notification for all who do not adhere to our shop policies.
